Peng-Chu Hisung received BA of anthropology from Taiwan University, and pursued his further research in Taiwan University (1985-1986) and Anthropology and Museology research institute at the New York University (1986-1989). He serves in non-profit culture organizations for a long time, participating in museum and contemporary art exhibition planning. He also assists in the research of public art strategies in Taipei City and Xinbei City, editing public art management magazines and other books. He has extensive experience in the operation and management of public art, art education, and non-profit culture organizations.

Professor Hisung has curated many exhibitions at the Taipei County Burea zu of Culture, Taiwan Museum, and Taiwan Indigenous Museum, such as "North Passenger Flow: Special Exhibition of Taipei Hakka Stories", "Images Across the Century: Taiwan Indigenous in the Eyes of Torii Ryuzo", etc.

熊鹏翥在台湾大学获得人类学学士，随后于台湾大学人类学研究所（1985-1986）、纽约大学人类学和博物馆学研究所（1986-1989）深造及研究。他长期服务于非营利⽂化机构，除参与博物馆规划、当代艺术展览策划外，还协助台北市、新北市的捷运公共艺术策划及公共艺术策略研究，编辑公共艺术管理维护手册、主编文化部公共艺术年鉴等，在公共艺术、艺术教育及非营利文化机构营运管理方面有丰富经验。

熊鹏翥教授曾策划台北县文化局、台湾博物馆、台湾原住民博物馆等的多场展览，如《北客流：台北客家故事特展》、《跨越世纪的影像：乌居龙藏眼中的台湾原住民》等。
